Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Bartlesville, OK ONSITE
Comp: up to 90K based on experience
Strategic Business Consulting Services has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Bartlesville, OK, and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and create financial reports for plant
- Evaluate financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial trends and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management
- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Provide support and guidance to junior financial analysts as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software; SAP a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
