Job Description
Summary:
We are recruiting for various food production roles in central Columbia County. These positions work a 2-2-3 rotation schedule. You will earn off shift hours and weekend premiums of $2.25 Shift premium for any hours worked Saturday 12:01am—Sunday 11:59pm and $3.00 Shift premium for hours worked 6pm-6am. These premiums are stacked when working the weekends!!
- Hours: 4:00pm-4:00am
- Pay: $19.65 base per hour plus applicable premiums mentioned above
- Once hired on your will be eligible for $500 sign on bonus and then $1000 after 90 days in a retention bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and box food product
- Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure it meets requirements
- Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet standards
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for a 12 hour shift
- Basic math and writing skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions
- Other related skills may apply: packager, production, restaurant
