We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Pooler, GA. The ideal candidate has experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
- Transport products throughout the facility while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use scanners, inventory systems, or paperwork to track material movement.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift .
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, pick tickets, and follow safety guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and positive work attitude.
