Job Title: Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Location: New York - Hybrid

Total compensation: $200K-$280K Base + Stock

Experience needed - 0-3 Years experience - Will hire Computer Science Graduates who have had internships.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design solutions using data. This role allows you to apply your creativity and technical skills to drive real-world impact while gaining insights into critical industries and institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in small teams to own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.
• Engage in discussions about architecture and design with fellow engineers.
• Manage and wrangle massive-scale data to develop effective solutions.
• Code custom web applications tailored to client needs.
• Communicate with customer executives to align on project goals.
• Establish strategies for your team to enhance project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience needed - 0-3 Years experience - Will hire Computer Science Grads who have had internships
• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience or curiosity in working with large-scale data to solve business problems.

Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites, with flexibility based on personal preferences.
