Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who can build modern, scalable, cloud-based applications and lead best practices across a highly visible engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing front-end systems from the ground up, mentoring junior developers, and delivering polished, user-focused interfaces for external-facing applications.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop intuitive and scalable cloud-based front-end solutions.
- Define and document best practices for modern front-end architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure quality and alignment.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement proactive improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product strategy and enhance user experience.
- Champion the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of professional UI/front-end development experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular (required) and modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to build front-end applications from scratch.
- Experience working in AWS and Microsoft environments.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, Jira, REST APIs, responsive design, debugging, and unit testing.
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, cross-browser compatibility, and usability.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Angular or AWS certifications are a plus.
