Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Funeral Director & Embalmer located in Indiana. The Funeral Director & Embalmer will be responsible for conducting embalming procedures, coordinating family services, and ensuring effective communication with our client families. This role includes managing various aspects of the funeral service process, providing compassionate customer service to grieving families, and maintaining adherence to legal and ethical guidelines along with our internal standard of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director in the State of Indiana or willingness to relocate
• Experience with funeral homes operations and family services coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
• Experience in the funeral service industry is a plus
• Computer Skills and Grammar are a necessity
