Full service commercial real estate property management and investment company is seeking a General Counsel. The GC will be responsible for commercial closings, overseeing outside counsel that handle litigation, and supervising a team of counsel/staff.
We are seeking someone who has worked at a law firm in commercial real estate for at least 6-10 years. We are not looking for someone to lateral from another company, we prefer law firm experience.
This attorney must be barred and in good standing in any state; however, the job is onsite in Miami.
