About the Job:
Nandail Property Management is looking for an experienced General Handyman to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across various properties (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while following safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous handyman experience is preferred
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
