JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled General Laborer to join our growing team! As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation projects for our clients. We are seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction and renovation projects, from planning to completion
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources needed to complete each project successfully
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the project plans meet the client's needs and expectations
• Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they follow all safety protocols and complete their work on schedule and within budget
• Maintain excellent communication with the client throughout the project, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns that may arise
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within industry regulations, and that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins
• Manage any unforeseen issues or changes to the project plan efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a General Contractor, preferably in both residential and commercial construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with all aspects of construction, including building codes, safety regulations, and permits
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
