Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Dunkin' Donuts, located in Richton park, IL. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management and training, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing company policies. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for financial management including budgeting and cost control, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
