Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Brewer at Dockside Brewery located in Milford, CT. The Head Brewer will be responsible for overseeing the brewing process, recipe development, quality control, and managing the brewing team.
Qualifications
- Brewing and Fermentation skills
- Recipe Development and Quality Control experience
- Team Leadership and Management skills
- Knowledge of beer styles and trends
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Formal brewing education or cicerone certification is required
