Overseeing sub contractors, vendor management, project works, PPM scheduling, reports, have some understanding of budgets and costing.
Pre-planned maintenance on all building services plant including AHU’s, Fan Coils, Generators, Heat Pumps, Motors, Lighting Systems, BMS, Plumbing, Mini Splits, VRV’s, UPS, BMS, Boilers, etc.
Based at a 200,000 sq ft development centre in San Jose
Team of 9 multi skilled engineers

$150k to $160k per year

Any 8.5 hours between 6am and 10pm
Overtime available, paid at 1.5x annual hourly rate
