JCW is currently recruiting a confidential search on behalf of a Private Credit Lender that is a rapidly growing player in their space. This position would be for a Underwriter, sitting in their Healthcare ABL Lending team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and financial data for healthcare-related companies seeking asset-based financing.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis including cash flow projections, profitability assessments, and balance sheet reviews.
- Perform industry analysis to understand market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape impacting healthcare borrowers.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal counsel to structure loan terms and conditions that meet both borrower and lender requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset-based lending ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
