Our client, a private Dallas-Fort Worth investment firm is hiring!
A hedge fund with an open mandate for its capital investments is seeking someone coming from an Investment Banking background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in corporate debt structuring or M&A analysis and possess very strong modeling skills.
This is a strong operation with an impeccable track record – excellent returns, best-in-class analyst development, and a real path for promotion.

A Day in the Life:
- Coordinating with the Senior PM’s on new deal flow – you will be responsible for modeling, researching, analyzing, stress-testing, and discussing new investment ideas. This will include a blend of deals brought to you or uncovered by you in your own research.
- Reviewing and analyzing existing positions in the same manner.
- The open office concept is conducive to lively real-time discussions about the market, trades, new deals, live deals, old deals, lessons learned, etc.
- Participating in the daily team meetings where you beat up each other’s analysis in a very collegial format. Iron sharpens iron!
- Celebrate your victories and memorialize the losses.
