Extremely successful, multi-billion $ global investment management firm located in NY is looking for a senior trading assistant/ middle office professional with strong leadership, project management and product experience to lead a small, high performing global middle office team. This is a great opportunity to join a firm of extremely high caliber supporting their Fixed Income/Derivative Trading business.
Strong analytical and technical skills required, as well as the ability to lead, automate and execute projects.
This individual will work on the trading desk and face off heavily with traders and PMs.
Requirements include:
10-20 years' experience with a top tier buy or sell side firm
Strong fixed income, FX and/or derivative product knowledge
Trade capture, risk and P+L management exp
Strong technical (SQL, VBA, Python), analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
