Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Replace outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across multiple locations within the metro areaWork w
- ith end users to schedule and coordinate device refreshesPerfor
- m minimal software installations as needed on pre-configured devicesTravel
- to various sites, including office locations and power plant environmentsComple
- te 3-5 device refreshes per day to meet project goalsWork c
- losely with the Deskside Support team, who will build the computers for deploymentAssist
- users with setup, troubleshoot any issues after deployment, and escalate to the larger support team if necessary
