This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hematology Supervisor during the night shift, located in Linden, NJ. The Hematology Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the hematology department, including managing laboratory technicians, ensuring accurate and timely test results, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining quality control procedures, optimizing workflow, and implementing new testing methodologies as needed.

• Strong background in Hematology and understanding of laboratory practices
• Proficiency in managing and supervising laboratory technicians
• Experience with quality control procedures and regulatory compliance
• Technical skills for troubleshooting equipment and optimizing workflow
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field
• Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within a laboratory setting is a plus
