IRT Home Care provides a range of services to people living in their own homes across NSW, QLD and the ACT. Due to current growth in the region and expansion of customers, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Home Care Employee to join our team for an immediate start!
This position will be based across Braidwood, Araluen and Bombay areas.
**Your responsibilities include:**
Personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
Domestic assistance such as cleaning and household support
Transportation to appointments, shopping, social outings and other customer tasks
Regular reporting and communicating customer progress
Following individual care plans
**To be successful you will have:**
A Certificate III in Individual Support
The medications unit of competency
A current First Aid Certificate
A current unrestricted drivers licence (regular driving is required)
A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance (work related approved kilometres are paid fortnightly)
The availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
