**Responsibilities:**
* Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, LPNs and HHAs
* Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
* Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
* Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting
* Minimum of 1 year home care recruiting
* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Social Media Recruitment experience
* Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
