• Hospice (2+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan (MI)

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team in Bay City, MI. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or higher, RN license in the state of work, and two years of RN experience. Responsibilities include collaborating to provide patient care plans and supporting patients in the specified area. Key Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Bay City, MI and surrounding areas Schedule and Shift Details Minimum of 4 shifts per month, 1 weekend per month commitment Sat & Sunday 8a-5p and 2 other shifts during the month 9a-6p
