We are seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to join our Chicago, IL store location.

The Concierge warmly greets our customers and assists the store team with creating a superior, memorable experience that will bring that customer back to us for their next luxury purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all new and returning customers
• Knowledge of customers’ past experiences and preferences to uphold the customer experience
• Help to cultivate the Customer – Sales Associate relationship

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry or luxury retail environment is preferred.
