Hotel Director of Finance - USA

We are assisting our client, a boutique luxury city centre hotel with great F&B offerings and over 160 rooms, requires an experienced and dynamic Hotel Director of Finance for their newly opened hotel in Western United States. The Director of Finance is a key member of the property’s Executive Committee and will report to the Regional Director of Finance and ensure execution of the hotel’s financial obligations.

The Director of Finance must be strategic financial business leader for the property and tactical. This is a hands-on role. This position provides strategic leadership, functional guidance, and valuable insights to Operations Leaders, Partners, Executive Committees and Department Heads for optimal business decisions for the hotel. This person will be a highly motivated team player with a background in finance, accounting, and hotel business operations and extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Salary & Package Information

• Salary is up to USD$150K based on the candidate’s skills and experience, plus 401 K, bonus and full benefits package
