Job Description

We are conducting a search on behalf of a leader in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation and Retail spaces! The HR Director will be responsible for supporting 2,000+ Associates, across two, 24/7 manufacturing facilities in the Tupelo, MS area.

Our client has a strong servant leadership culture and is seeking a “hands on” HR Partner who will walk the floors while partnering with operations leadership to execute business plan. Leading a team of HR professionals to ensure engagement and development on the HR team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7-10 years of HR experience including prior experience within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
• Experience managing a team of HR Professionals across multiple shifts and locations.
• Strong employee relations, talent management, talent development, employee engagement experience. Must have strong analytical skills (HRIS & excel) and the ability to pull reports to tell the story with metrics.
• This role is 5-days/week onsite
