Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning in Newton Falls, OH was established in 1934 and has proudly been serving the area for 90 years.
As a growing company, we are currently accepting applications for HVAC installers and technicians.
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Looking for individuals who have experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installations, repair and trouble-shooting, ductwork installation and fabrication, as well as preventative maintenance.
- Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- It is imperative that candidates be punctual and professional.
- Evenings and weekends may be required on an as-needed basis.
- Up to $35/hour based on experience and skill set.
- Paid holidays.
- Benefits and paid vacation after probationary period.
- $2500.00 sign on bonus.
