Seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a mid-size law firm in Chicago. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation and counsel to companies defending insurance companies and insurers. You will play a critical role in defending against the complex legal procedures and processes. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Illinois State Bar Association.
• Minimum 3+ yrs. experience practicing insurance defense/civil litigation law.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
