Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Contracts Manager.

Overview : Our client seeks a skilled contracts manager to join its Waltham-based team.

Company: Our client is a well-respected, publicly traded industrial technology company.

Experience: Five or more years’ experience working as a contracts manager in an in-house environment.

Location: Hybrid; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site in the Client’s Waltham, MA offices.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review, negotiate, and draft myriad commercial agreements including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supply agreements, and service agreements.
• Assist with creation of workflow and contracts management principles as the client works to select a new contracts management system.
• Serve as a point of contact for the sales team on contractual questions.
• Conduct research as necessary.

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent academic credentials including a baccalaureate degree from well-respected four-year university.
• Five or more years working as a contracts manager, ideally in an in-house industrial or technical manufacturing environment.
• Command of issues associated with reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, and service agreements.
• Ability to work in the Client’s Waltham office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Pay Rate: $70
