Job Description
Fabiana Filippi is an Italian luxury lifestyle brand seeking an Intern for its US headquarter offices to join the Sales department. This role will be a key element to the Fabiana Filippi team by assisting with meeting its wholesale goals and initiatives. We are looking for a part-time on-site candidate to join the Fabiana Filippi US team which will be based out of the New York showroom for a 14-week immersive internship opportunity. This experience will allow the intern insight and a hands on experience into the inner workings of a luxury fashion brand’s wholesale department through an exclusive internship opportunity. This is a student internship position, and must be eligible for school credit.
Responsibilities
- Directly support wholesale team with all daily initiatives including creating buy books, entering market notes, and processing orders
- Assist team with showroom sample organization and merchandising displays
- Prepare for and assist during wholesale market appointments
- Conduct sample send outs and shipment packing
- Maintain organization and stock of all showroom closets and materials
Preferred Skills
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Works well under pressure
Compensation
- This is an unpaid position – candidate must be a student looking to receive school credit through an accredited school internship program.
