Job Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient control, monitoring, and dispensing of inventory within the production complex. The role requires adherence to core organizational values, safety standards, and lean processes. Collaboration with maintenance technicians and leadership is essential. The position supports both operations and production as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control – Oversee and enforce access to inventory, ensuring proper sign-out of consumables and MRO items. Maintain continuous HUB coverage during production hours.
2. Inventory Monitoring – Perform cycle counts of consumables and MRO to ensure accuracy.
3. Inventory Maintenance – Stock and maintain consumables and MRO in a clean, labeled, and organized manner.
4. Dispersal Duties – Manage inventory and locker fills across multiple plants; fulfill post-production and service truck requests.
5. Transaction Tracking – Record consumable and MRO usage in inventory management systems and track service truck orders.
6. Receiving and Shipping – Handle receiving of goods and special orders; manage outbound shipping of repairs and other items.
7. Documentation – Scan and submit packing slips to appropriate internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
8. Equipment Operation – Safely operate forklifts and aerial lifts.
