Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of technology firms.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitch books for clients.
- Perform industry research to identify market trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior bankers on the execution of M&A transactions.
- Build and maintain financial models to support deal structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- 1+ year of direct Investment Banking experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for the technology sector and understanding of industry trends.
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking or finance is a plus.
