Investment Fund Analyst
5-Month Contract – W2 ONLY $33-35/HR
FULLY REMOTE -must be open to working PST
**this role can be either 8 hours (12 p.m. – 8 p.m.) or either of these part time shifts: (2 p.m. – 6 p.m. or 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4 years of investment accounting and/or mutual fund operations experience.
• 3 years of related security valuation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, nance, or economics OR Equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of mutual funds, nancial reporting, and regulatory lings.
• Intermediate Microsoft Oce (Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook) skills.
• Accounting experience (preferably in pricing).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of calculation of NAV.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to nd information.
• Advanced communication skills including presentation.
DAY TO DAY
• Daily workow of the pricing processes.
• Resolve complex NAV calculation and pricing issues and escalate as needed, exercise strong judgment within guidelines.
• Maintain oversight of security valuation and NAV calculation function of external fund accounts.
