Rise48 Equity is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused professional to join our Investor Relations team!
As an Investor Relations Help Desk Associate , you’ll play a key role in providing world-class service to our investors and supporting active equity raises across a growing national portfolio. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investments.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for investor inquiries — responding quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Manage investor subscription documents, PPMs, and portal updates
- Support equity raise administration, tracking commitments, and maintaining precise investor records
- Deliver daily capital commitment recaps and equity raise updates to leadership
- Work cross-functionally to ensure every investor interaction reflects our culture of excellence and transparency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 0–3 years of professional experience (customer service, investor relations, or financial admin a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and CRM/investor portal systems
