We are looking for a visionary and resultsoriented IT Director to oversee our companys IT operations and strategy. The IT Director will play a crucial role in shaping our technology infrastructure managing IT resources and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing IT solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that support company objectives and drive innovation
- Lead and manage the IT team including hiring training and performance management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems networks and infrastructure
- Ensure the security of information systems and data including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage IT budgets resources and vendor relationships
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior management to define technology roadmap and priorities
- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven 8 years of experience as an IT Director or similar executivelevel role with a minimum of 4 years in IT leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and emerging technologies
- Experience in strategic planning budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL PMP CISSP) are a plus
