We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation
- Weld and braze components when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and repairs
Skills
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Proficient in reading schematics for HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair issues promptly
- Ability to plumb refrigerant lines accurately.
