** Your tasks**
* Support for colleagues from the entire company with issues regarding our internal tools and the Statista platform
* Analysis, classification and processing of incoming requests
* Independent creation of IT tickets for smaller projects and bugs
* Close collaboration with our Developers, Product and QA Managers for the continuous improvement of our products
* Development of a knowledge platform together with the Product Service team in order to tailor processes to the needs of our growing organization
** Your profile**
* Team player with a high level of self-organization and service orientation
* University studies in (business) IT, business administration or a comparable degree or a comparable qualification (e.g. vocational training in IT or an administrative field)
* Very good organizational and communicative skills
* Solution-oriented and responsible way of working
* Analytical thinking and an understanding of business processes
* Profound experience with MS Office applications
* Ideally, initial experience with Atlassian Jira or comparable ticketing systems
* Very good German and good English skills (written and oral)
