The Laboratory Technician will assist in the rearing of insects for research purposes.
- Laboratory Technician Responsibilities :Insect colony maintenance – feeding, cleaning cages, diet prep, etc.
- Participating in greenhouse activities.
- Assisting with laboratory experiments and supporting field research – data collection, weed removal, infesting trials, etc.
- Taking proper safety precautions while working in the lab and potentially in the field.
- Following and maintaining the ISO Quality Management Standards.
- Laboratory Technician Requirements:High School Diploma Required.
- Greenhouse or laboratory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
