TYG have teamed up with a design firm who are looking for a senior addition to their Dallas office. They have a broad portfolio and a solid pipeline of upcoming projects which ensures their continued success and company wide stability. Here's what they're looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Lead on projects of varying sizes and scopes
- Utilize your existing network and contacts to drive business development
- Management/ mentorship of more junior members of the team
- Ownership of elements of operations within the office (recruitment and financial forecasting)
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience
- Licensed PLA
- Extensive business development experience
