Job Description
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth
- Remove weeds and dead plants
- Monitor and maintain plant health
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
- Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs
- Participate in maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, furniture, and walkways
- Water gardens, lawns and landscapes
- Conduct general maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role a plus
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and creative skills
- Good stamina and physical health
- A valid driver’s license
