About HELIO
Helio is a multi-family development and management company, specializing in creating beautiful properties that attract clientele looking for an exceptional place to call home. We're looking for a leasing agent to join our team to assist with leasing units within our stabilized portfolio. There are currently 10 properties although our portfolio is expanding rapidly within the Palms/Culver City area. This leasing agent may be required to drive to multiple properties throughout the day. We are a friendly and dynamic team looking to add a strong member to our tight-knit group of agents!

Some Weekend Availability is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Mileage reimbursement for any travel accrued while on the job.

Responsibilities
+ Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner
+ Scheduling and providing exceptional tours at several properties
+ Scheduling and hosting open houses when needed
+ Managing current and future resident relationships
+ Being responsive, communicative, and friendly
+ Processing applications and sending out lease agreements
+ Walking the properties and reporting any issues to management
Qualifications
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work weekends
+ Must have reliable form of transportation as you will be required to drive around to all properties
+ At least 2 years leasing experience in the multi-family or real estate market
+ Yardi/CRM knowledge
+ Fair housing knowledge
+ Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
