Title: Legal Operations Analyst II

Pay rate- $65/hr on W2

Work Location:(Remote )

Legal Department and collaborating with IT, Finance, and other departments. This position requires excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage various initiatives and projects for the Legal Operations Team, both department-wide and team-specific projects

• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and other departments

• Assist in the development and implementation of legal operation processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Strong project management skills

• In-depth experience working with SharePoint and the Microsoft suit of collaboration software

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Proactive mindset with a bias for action
