Job Description

Assists and encourages students and staff to properly use the facility and materials in the library. Library Assistants are paraprofessional librarians at the High School, K-8, middle and elementary school levels.

Position Details

*Start date is 1/13/2025*

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED and;
• An Associate's or higher degree or ;
• At least two years of study at an institution of higher education or ;
• Passing score on a skills assessment (ParaPro, ACT Workkeys or Master Teacher's Para Educator Learning Network)
• A minimum of two years of progressive library experience or equivalent work experience

You must attach copies of your transcripts/skills assessment results to be considered for this position.
