We are currently seeking a qualified Mental Health Coordinator to join our healthcare team at Milan, New Mexico. This role focuses on providing mental health services in a correctional setting, including assessments, individual counseling, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
Location: Milan, NM
Schedule: 5x8s
Contract Length: 13 weeks (initial duration)
Offer Type: Auto offer with 40-hour guarantee
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable setting
- Current and active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of New Mexico
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and clinical evaluations
- Create and manage individualized treatment plans
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality care and compliance
