Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Chicago, IL. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to hotel guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing client needs, designing and delivering customized massage treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid license and certification as a Massage Therapist
• Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
• Expertise in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt treatments to individual client needs
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting is a plus
