LHH is assisting a sophisticated midsized law firm in NYC in its search for a Commercial/Real Estate Lending Associate. An ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or real estate lending or other types of finance experience. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial and real estate loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of commercial/real estate lending experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NY bar
