Employment Litigation Attorney
Jacksonville, FL - Hybrid
We are partnering with a well-respected law firm that is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney for their Jacksonville office. While labor and employment experience is ideal, this is also a great opportunity for a commercial litigator or an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in learning about labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including agency charges, single-plaintiff and class/collective actions.
- Provide strategic counsel and training to employers on labor and employment law issues.
- Represent clients in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 3 -10 years of litigation experience
- Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing.
- Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, collegiality, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
