Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a litigation docket focused on creditors' rights and collections
• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and legal briefs
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare for depositions and trials
• Handle hearings, court appearances, and client communication
• Coordinate with internal teams, courts, and opposing counsel
• Travel to attend court proceedings as needed

Qualifications:
• 1–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in creditors' rights or collections is a plus
