Position Title: Verification Specialist
Location: 11601 N. Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18-20/hr
Contract Type: Six-month contract with potential to convert to permanent, based on volume
Shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Summary:
The VOE Team Member will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, handling escalated verification of employment (VOE) orders for mortgage customers.
Essential Skills:
- Telephone experience and overall business professionalism
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Previous mortgage experience preferred but not required
Work Environment:
This position will follow a hybrid schedule: one week in the office and one week remote. Remote work requires:
- Sufficient internet bandwidth
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Understanding that working from home is a privilege; failure to meet expectations may require return to the office
