Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant – Join Our Fast-Paced, High-Performing Team!

Are you a detail-oriented mortgage professional looking for a dynamic team to grow with? We’re searching for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant with at least 2 years of mortgage experience to play a key role in our high-volume, referral-driven business.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with referral partners, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and generate new business.
• Assist with mortgage loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, analyzed, and reviewed per loan guidelines.
• Provide seamless support throughout the loan process, keeping things moving efficiently.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (both phone and email) with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to stay organized, efficient, and positive, during a stressful time for homebuyers
• Detail-oriented with a self drive to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Experience with Non-QM loans (30% of our business).
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment—we generate 70+ referrals monthly
