Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer at Ross Mortgage Corporation. The Loan Officer will be responsible for tasks such as loan origination, initial underwriting, client service, and finance-related activities. You would report to the Branch Manager for the Woodward Corridor Branch. While the role is based in Troy, MI, remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services and/or sales
• Mortgage guideline knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a bonus, but not required
• Must pass a background check
• Must be legally allowed to work in the USA
