Key Responsibilities:
- Outside Sales: Actively engage in outside sales, including attending meetings and reaching out to potential clients or real estate brokers. Handle mailings, calls, and web-based solicitations.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional work and provide loan data to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Application Process: Interview applicants, request necessary information, and complete loan applications with the help of processors or other staff. Enter applicant data into Encompass.
- Financial Analysis: Assess applicants' financial status, including reviewing financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and property evaluations to determine creditworthiness.
- Loan Packaging & Negotiation: Compile loan packages and negotiate terms with applicants, including fees, repayment options, and other credit terms.
