Job Description

We are looking for a freelance Wholesale Assistant for a top luxury fashion company hybrid in their NYC offices!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with order entry and work within wholesale systems (training will be provided)
• Support the team in a client-facing capacity within the showroom
• Interact with buyers, DMMs, fashion directors, and chief merchants
• Help check in with logistics and operations teams to ensure the showroom is properly set up and running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant internship in merchandising, sales support, or wholesale
• Strong Excel skills (Excel test will be required)
• Tech-savvy – familiarity with systems like OES, Excel, Numbers
• Comfortable interacting with clients and reading a room
• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Strong people skills and ability to work within a close-knit, seasoned team
